What is our return policy?
All products can be returned for any reason for 14 days from the date it is delivered. Returned products should be in the condition it was received & in the original packaging. If product is defective return shipping will be reimbursed; otherwise, buyer pays for return shipping. If product is defective you will have the choice of refund or replacement if product is still available. If product is not still available, a refund will be issued.
Do you combine shipping?
Yes, I will be glad to combine shipping on any multiple product order. Please contact me directly prior to placing the order for combined shipping rate.
How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
The shipping charge varies per item. I charge just enough to cover the postage & supplies used to pack your order such as the box, label, tape etc.
What is our preferred method of shipping?
I prefer to use First Class & Priority Mail. Some select products are set up to ship via UPS because of weight or size. All products can be shipped via UPS via special request.
